1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the GFC Men's Camp Room Reservation System, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

This reservation system is provided by Grace Family Church for the exclusive purpose of booking accommodations for the GFC Men's Camp. By using this service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the service only for legitimate camp reservations
  • Not make reservations on behalf of others without their consent
  • Respect the maximum booking limit (8 beds per person)
  • Notify the church of any changes or cancellations promptly

3. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and church approval. Grace Family Church reserves the right to:

  • Modify, reassign, or cancel reservations if necessary
  • Adjust room assignments for operational or safety reasons
  • Limit the number of reservations per individual
  • Refuse service to anyone at our discretion

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation at any time through the reservation system. Please cancel as early as possible if you cannot attend, so that others may have the opportunity to book the space.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Use the system in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
  • Share your verification code with others
  • Make false or fraudulent reservations
  • Use automated systems to make multiple reservations

6. Limitation of Liability

Grace Family Church provides this reservation system "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of this system, including but not limited to technical errors, data loss, or reservation conflicts.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
